Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon pepper4 beef top sirloin steaks (6 ounces each)3/4 cup Catalina salad dressing, divided
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the oil, garlic, oregano and pepper. Rub over both sides of steaks. Brush with 1/4 cup salad dressing. Place on a broiler pan.
Broil 4 in. from the heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°). Serve with remaining dressing.
